And i’m passionate about cyclical, healthy, seasonal cooking according to Ayurveda and ancestral wisdom. I’m a 2/4 Manifesting Generator with Sacral Authority, a social cultural worker at heart, and a healer for women. I love cacao, yoga, dancing, and moving my body. Driven by a strong desire to make the world a better place, I’m obsessed with learning something new every day. I'm calm, authentic, and deeply connected to my purpose.

After 10 years on the pill and 3 years with a copper IUD, I quit hormonal contraception. What followed was overwhelming: heavy periods that made it hard to even stand, severe mood swings, bloated 24/7 and acne that wouldn’t stop. I felt disconnected from my own body, exhausted, and frustrated.I visited countless doctors, endocrinologists, and dermatologists and they all told me nothing was wrong and suggested antibiotics or going back on the pill.Maybe you’ve felt this too: unheard, misunderstood, and not seen. I want you to know that I see you, I feel you, and I’m so glad you’re here.
